We’re running for re-election because we believe in standing up and making a difference in our community. We believe our efforts over the past three and half years have demonstrated our commitment to our neighbors and to a better New Windsor.

As Town Clerk, Kelly Allegra works to help all town members on a daily basis. A passion for community service led Kelly from a career in financial services to one in government. Prior to her election as town clerk, Kelly worked for over twenty years in finance and operations management. Kelly was credited with the material growth of the financial service departments and with securing and supporting business relationships for global leaders in investment management services. Kelly brings this same approach to government, where her primary goal is to deliver professional, courteous and expeditious service to town residents.

As a Town Council Member, Sylvia Santiago works to share her financial management views, which come from more than two decades of working as a Financial Controller. Not afraid to ask questions, Sylvia aims to make the best decisions for the town and find the right solutions by listening and engaging with all stakeholders involved. Sylvia is also an active community member and always seeks opportunities to partner with them to support the town.
